COVID-19 Efforts

Dear valued customer,

Since 1949. Lee Auto Holdings ( Lee Nissan in Fort Walton Beach and Lee Buick GMC in Crestview), has deeply valued the health and well-being of our team members. We are closely monitoring the novel COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak and are taking specific guidance from the CDC (Centers for Disease Control) and NADA (National Automobile Dealers Association). Currently we are remaining open in Fort Walton Beach and in Crestview to provide essential automobile sales and service needs.

Lee Auto Holdings has had direct communication with our entire team emphasizing everyday preventative hygiene such as requiring 20 second hand washing regularly, providing hand sanitizer and wipes throughout the dealerships, not allowing team members come to work should they show any cold related symptoms and requiring 6 feet of separation between everyone.

Our team has been instructed to provide a disinfected work environment and also to wear gloves when inside your vehicle. We will also do our best to limit who and when we need to drive your vehicle. We are adding additional cleanings in our buildings to help keep our customer areas disinfected. We will continue to learn new things daily that we can do to help keep you and our team safe but here are some that we are already doing until we resume normal operations:

Here are some things we are committed to:

• Our team has been instructed to provide a disinfected personal work environment
• We are adding additional cleanings in our buildings to keep the dealership disinfected
• We will do our best to limit who has to touch your vehicle
• All team members who touch your vehicle will be wearing gloves
• We will be using floor mats, seat covers and wheel covers for everyone’s added protection
• All loose food was removed from the waiting area
• Coffee is not being served/ There are water bottles available for our customers, but water coolers have been removed
• All customer materials, brochures, and magazine were removed from customer areas
• Our waiting area furniture was re-positioned to create 6 feet of separation between seats
• We are encouraging service customers to drop off their vehicle and not to come into the dealership. For the safety of you and our team members, we have elected not to operate our courtesy shuttle during this time
• We will encourage parts delivery, shipment or meeting outside to prevent additional foot traffic in the dealership
• We are encouraging our team and you to handle as much of the vehicle shopping process online
• We encourage you to use your credit card (not cash or check) and insert your card into the machine to minimize contact
• All team members and customers should always keep minimum 6 feet distance between each other
• No physical contact such as handshakes between team members or customers
• No team member or customer should enter the dealership if they are showing any cold related symptoms, have been traveling recently or have potentially been exposed to COVID-19

While we are here to provide essential needs, we are also trying to be a leader in the business community to help protect each of our loved ones that are most at risk to have complications from this virus. If it is going to take the world working together to end this, then we must start by doing our part as a community.
