This was the best experience I’ve ever had with buying a car! My husband and I couldn’t believe how fast they completed all the paperwork. We were in there, picked out what we wanted and within 3 hours we were driving off the lot with our brand new 2026 Rogue! These guys know what they are doing!

Malachi McNeal was very professional and helpful as I scheduled a laundry list of items. He went 1 by 1 and ensured our notes matched. He was extremely communicative while the vehicle as being serviced and set up pick up shuttle seamlessly! Upon picking up my vehicle, he gave me a detailed recap and walked me to my vehicle. THIS is what customer service looks like, a lost art these days!! Well done!!

Lee Nissan was able to identify and fix an issue another Nissan Service center created. This was an issue that could have damaged other components in my engine. I don’t remember the tech but he explained to me what needed to happen and showed me what needed to be replaced. I am grateful for Lee being able to get me in so quickly. Visited the service center to have oil changed and cabin filter replaced. Brake pads and rotors needed replacing after 4 years of driving. Great diagnostics. Fast efficient service on everything .... and a vehicle wash to boot ! All work done was checked out on the road home and everything was great.

I traveled to FWB for vacation. The car I purchased 5 weeks ago in another state had the transmission go out. Lee’s was able to take a look at it the next day. Long story short, I bought a 2026 from them. This entire crew was very helpful. From the salesman Joe, to service, to the owner. They worked and worked with me to get me what I wanted. I left pleased with my purchase and everything they did for me. Such a good experience at an inconvenient time.

Easiest car buying experience I've ever been through. Saw a car I liked online, test drove the next day and drove home with it 2 hours later. I had planned to be there all day like I'm used to and was so shocked at how quickly they made it work for me and got me out of there. And I LOVE the car! Doug and Steven were great to work with, I would recommend them again and again.
The Lee Nissan Team works endlessly to provide services for all our vehicles including ones that are not Nissan. The service team has an app that sends you updates on your phone about what the progress is and what may or may not need to be done with ratings you can choose from your seat in the lounge areas. Of course you can always opt to go up and ask questions about something you may not understand.

Probably the most honest, hassle free car buying experience I've ever had. Their no pressure approach made me glad I chose this dealership and I will be returning. The owners of this place have values rooted in honesty, integrity and a customer experience that is unmatched by any other dealership in the area. I would send my 92 year old grandfather in here, unassisted, and know that he was treated fair and had a great experience. I don't know why you would buy anywhere else.
Too many fees added on that weren’t mentioned until very end, car headliner damaged but they wouldn’t allow me to swap car for same model. Too pushy trying to sell aftermarket protection plans.

I brought my vehicle in for brake service, and shortly afterward the brake assembly failed due to missing or improperly installed bolts. This caused damage to my rim and tire and created a serious safety hazard. There is no scenario where brake bolts should come out after a professional repair.
