Bought a car this week with Marty Chouinard, everything was great. English is my second language, so I had a lot of questions and he was very patient when explaining even twice when needed to make sure I understood everything. He wasn't pushy and treated me very politely.

Brad in service did a great job with the mass air flow sensor repair. He was clear, professional, and made sure the details were handled without making the process feel drawn out. My experience at Lee Nissan for my oil change and tire rotation was almost perfect. My service writer was friendly and explained things as he should. I appreciated that my wait time was only one hour. My only complaint is they have started charging 3% to pay by credit card. That did sour my whole experience, as paying was the last thing that I did at the dealership.
2018 Nisan Maxima: Sorry this is kinda long but worth the read. Let me start with that the service managers are very good at their jobs and professional. With that said I have had every piece of my AC system replaced. My most recent visit was for the replacement of the compressor and Condenser. With temperatures reaching 95 degrees the work needed to be done. I brought my vehicle in bc it was shutting down . They over week to diagnose it. They said it was a transmission problem. Car stayed there almost 2 weeks. After paying a sizeable sumfor the transmission and other services the car had the same issue of shutting down again. I called and texted back re the problem. I called the manager and he did not return my call.

I did it all by my phone. He had the exact truck I wanted shipped down from Alabama. And all I had to do was about 20 mins of paper work and I was driving my new truck. ASK FOR DAMIAN!!

I have used Lee for all service on my Rogue since I bought it there in 2017. Your service writers always gave me a military discount except for my repairs on this visit: almost $2400. I expect a credit to be applied to my account.
Courteous, professional, attention to detail service. Shaun, the lube tech was excellent! I watched as he even torqued the oil drain plug. This is the first shop that ive seen them do this important step to prevent stripping the plug, or oil pan, and possibly causing a major oil loss and engine failure. Kudos to lee maintenance team.

He thoroughly explained what critical items needed immediate repairs and items that were just suggested to keep an eye on because they would have to be replaced soon. Great customer service.
