Nissan updates the Altima for the 2023 model year by giving it a new front fascia, rear fascia, LED headlights, and a redesigned company logo. There are now two new colors in Gray Sky Pearl and Garnet Pearl Metallic. In addition to the new exterior, SL is now the name of the most expensive trim level to reflect its new status as the pinnacle of luxury. The SV trim level now offers the option of a 12.3-inch infotainment touch screen, which was previously only available in the SL and SR levels. There are also aesthetic improvements to the space above the dashboard compared to the previous generation. The majority of Nissan's lineup now features brand new alloy wheel designs. There are also updates and improvements to the Nissan Safety Shield 360 suite.
